EB-5 Processing Times Update

In February 2014, the USCIS held its first EB-5 Stakeholder teleconference for the first time in a while. Some of the new developments announced by the USCIS are that the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program Office (or IPO as it will now be known) will publish regular processing times updates for Form I-526, Form I-829, and eventually Form I-924.

This month, the USCIS has updated its website with the following processing times for I-526 and I-829 petitions:
